DBIA-MAR | Certification Workshop – Kansas City
The DBIA Mid-America Region is proud to offer an all-inclusive National DBIA Certification Workshop in the Midwest. This three-day intensive program includes three of DBIA’s four core courses required for certification and gives participants access to the online Fundamentals of Project Delivery (remaining core course) and exam prep course. Join us as Brad Reinhardt and Dan Wehmueller from Johnson County's Facilities Management department share their journey to selecting a design-build team for the Johnson County Courthouse project. They'll discuss the move from a design excellence to a qualifications-based selection process, development of the criteria document, and several other selection-related topics. Following their presentation, they'll be joined by members of Newmark Grubb Zimmer (owner's representative) and JE Dunn (design-build team) to get their perspectives on the process.
