KANSAS CITY | February Program: Johnson County’s Journey to Selecting a Courthouse Team

Join us as Brad Reinhardt and Dan Wehmueller from Johnson County’s Facilities Management department share their journey to selecting a design-build team for the Johnson County Courthouse project. They’ll discuss the move from a design excellence to a qualifications-based selection process, development of the criteria document, and several other selection-related topics. Following their presentation, they’ll be joined by members of Newmark Grubb Zimmer (owner’s representative) and JE Dunn (design-build team) to get their perspectives on the process.
