ST. LOUIS | Controlling Risk on Commercial Projects Through Civil Design-Build

This program explores the benefits of utilizing a civil design-build partner early in project conception to assist with risk mitigation and project cost certainty, especially in urban settings where existing infrastructure unknowns are an elevated risk. Castle Contracting will describe how they developed this new approach as an improvement over traditional design-bid-build civil work with related case studies, and bring awareness to the value of early design-build engagement of civil expertise.
