Please join the Design-Build Institute of America, Iowa Chapter ( DBIA-lowa ) at the Tournament Club of Iowa for our 12th Annual Eighteen Hole Golf Tournament. This program explores the benefits of utilizing a civil design-build partner early in project conception to assist with risk mitigation and project cost certainty, especially in urban settings where existing infrastructure unknowns are an elevated risk.
