MoDOT’s Southwest District is undertaking a second Design-Build project to replace aging bridges on and adjacent to I-44 from Joplin to the Laclede County line. The project was awarded in January to the ESS-Parsons Team. The best value proposal consists of replacing or rehabilitating 25 bridges.
