ST. LOUIS | Insights from Two Mega Projects

Please join the Design-Build Institute of America St. Louis Chapter (DBIA-STL) for an informative program on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ evolution of design-build and its use in the delivery of two mega projects in the region: Next NGA West and the Fort Leonard Wood Replacement Hospital. Project leaders will share insight on the decision to use D/B approach for these large projects, the best practices that prepared the teams for success, and the lessons learned for future D/B projects.
