The Design-Build Project of the Year was awarded for the Liberty Utilities Operation Center submitted by Goodwin Brothers Construction.
The Columbia I-70 Bridges Design-Build project, completed by Emery Sapp & Sons, received one of two Excellence in Design Awards.
United Excel Corporation (UEC) also won an Excellence in Design Award for the Mike O’Callaghan Medical Center Realignment at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nev.
