Missouri’s Governor Jay Nixon has signed the bill, making Missouri the 25th state to have full design-build authorization. The passage of local design-build authorization in Missouri is being touted as the biggest victory for DBIA this session. This was signed 7/1/16 and will become effective 8/28/16.
