This project provides for the construction of new park facilities including buildings\, recreational elements\, play elements\, art features\, water features\, landscaping\, and other elements within each of the parks. 13th Street and 8th Street were also reconstructed\, and numerous existing utilities were relocated as needed to facilitate the project. \n \n  \n  \n  \n
