Prior to joining Five Points Bank\, Tom was a shareholder at the Omaha law firm of McGrath\, North\, Mullin & Kratz\, LLO practicing law in the firm’s commercial and complex litigation group for approximately ten years. Before embarking on his legal career\, Tom served as a Research Assistant to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Tom currently serves as member of the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA) which oversees the operation of CHI Health Center Omaha\, TD Ameritrade Park and The RiverFront park system which is presently under construction. In addition\, Tom serves on the Board of Trustees of Creighton Preparatory School and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Nebraska Golf Association.
